It is a public-sector endorsement of our AI-powered compliance platform and the jobs it will create across the life sciences industry.
Why this matters
Municipal grant programs are among the most rigorous, non-dilutive forms of validation a company can receive. There's no equity on the table, no upside for the evaluators, and no political pressure to pick a winner. The Village of Schaumburg reviewed every application and chose us based on one thing: the strength of our work. That kind of endorsement doesn't come with a pitch deck, and it can't be bought.
The problem we're solving is worth billions
GxP compliance documentation, the User Requirement Specifications, SOPs, validation protocols, and audit trails required in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturing, costs the life sciences industry an estimated $15–20 billion annually in labor alone. It is almost entirely manual, almost entirely repetitive, and almost entirely unchanged since the 1990s.
Our platform changes that. GxP Compliance Studio conducts structured compliance interviews, retrieves regulatory precedents from a curated knowledge base, and generates audit-ready documents in minutes. The firms still doing this by hand are not our competition. They're our market.

Life sciences compliance doesn't have a people problem, it has a throughput problem. Skilled professionals are overextended, timelines slip, and companies leave contract work on the table because they can't scale fast enough. When our system handles generation and retrieval, compliance teams take on more, move faster, and do the work that actually requires human judgment. We don't displace compliance professionals. We multiply what they can do.
What we're building toward
This grant is a marker, not a milestone. We are building the compliance infrastructure layer for regulated industries, starting with GxP and expanding into broader frameworks. The vision is a world where any life sciences company, from a Series A biotech to a global CDMO, can generate, validate, and audit compliance documentation through a single AI-native platform. Our workflows are live and demonstrable on demand, with all data stored on enterprise-grade secure cloud infrastructure built for regulated environments.
